Empowering you to make changes for a better life
I have been providing psychotherapy to clients of all ages since 1997. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety. However, I work with clients on a variety of issues such as grief and loss, mood disorders, parenting, communication, relationship issues, stress management, and life changes. I also support caregivers of children with eating disorders. I provide therapy for adults and adolescents (age 16 and up).

I believe that therapy can change your life. Change and healing can happen through a collaborative, trusting relationship between therapist and client. My style is eclectic and I cater therapy to my client's individual needs. I use a variety of theoretical approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic (insight oriented) Therapy, and Systemic Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapeutic approach used to treat trauma.
