My private psychotherapy practice focuses on adults and teens (16 and up).  I seek to provide a positive, caring environment for you to grow, explore, and heal as you become clear about what you want in your life. My mission is to encourage and motivate you to reach your goals. I believe in focusing on your strengths to encourage healing and empower you to make the changes you want to make in your life.
